Full Stay: 3 days and 2 nights of private accommodation for up to 42 guests (15 rooms).
Event Capacity: Up to 200 guests in outdoor areas.
Event Hours: From 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Full Venue Access: Access to 2 iconic domes, gravel esplanade, round table terrace, heated pool, jacuzzi, and covered barbecue area.

Included Infrastructure & Services:

  • • Bar and kitchen area for catering service.
  • • Exclusive bathroom modules for the event.
  • • Vendor access starting one day prior for setup and logistics.
  • • Massive parking with security and valet parking service included during the event.

EVENT GUIDELINES & REQUIREMENTS

  • Full Stay Buyout: Mandatory full property buyout for 2 nights (3 days).
  • Professional Coordination: Hiring a certified Wedding Planner or Event Coordinator is mandatory, responsible for receiving and managing furniture, logistics, and setup.
  • Official Permits: The coordinator must handle the municipal event permit and preventive ambulance service (venue security is already included by the hacienda).
  • Curfew: Event conclusion at 12:00 AM in compliance with Valle de Guadalupe regulations.
  • Retainer & Deposit: Date reservation deposit and refundable security deposit.
